Duties would include:
- Accountable for the profitable growth of the trade
- Develop and implement strategies to grow volumes on assigned trade lane in Ocean (FCL & LCL) and Air.
- Drive volume growth and new business opportunities through a combination of direct sales activity from own customer portfolio (qualification to closure) and support to Business Development and Key Account teams as subject matter expert for your trades.
- Develop and maintain joint pipeline
- To work closely with Trade and Pricing teams, exchanging market intelligence and ensuring rate competitiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key overseas partners in selected markets.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Travel regularly to assigned trade area to increase market understanding and knowledge, meet existing and prospective customers and develop deeper relationships with key partners.

Operations Clerk- Ocean and road freight

- Handling ocean and road freight shipments

Duties would include:
- To oversee the day to day smooth running of the operation
- Responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the company runs to its maximum productivity.
- Conduct monthly reviews/ presentations with the customers or as and when required.
- Ensure budgets are properly controlled and managed, to achieve best profitability for the company but not at the expense of the customer.
- Oversee the customer service delivered by the team and assess that they are meeting customer satisfaction goals. Ensure this is by reviewing customer reviews and customer related statistics
- Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation as and when requested
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
