The woman, the myth, the legend (who occasionally graces the office with her presence). Gerry founded Heathrow Personnel before most of the team knew what a CV was — and she’s still going strong, fuelled by banter, bubbles, and the occasional cruise.

While her visits are rare and mysterious, she’s hands-on when it counts and always ready with a story from the recruitment trenches (usually involving a landline and a lot of faxing).

Lover of good times, the Isle of Wight, and reminding everyone she’s been in recruitment longer than they’ve been alive.

Lisa is the engine room of the office — keeping the phones ringing, the team in check, and the whole ship sailing straight (despite the organised chaos on her desk).

With a background that started in an early exit from school, hairdressing and then swerved into sales and recruitment, she’s been recruiting candidates and filling jobs like a pro ever since.

Lisa’s swapped big nights out for bottomless brunch dates, if she’s not going to be on a train home with an M&S meal deal by 9pm don’t invite her!  Known for her relentless work ethic, professional but no nonsense approach and a filing system that only she understands.

Known in the office as Disco (thanks to her love of all things sparkly), Helen brings the energy — and usually the snacks — to every busy day of sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent under serious pressure. Just don’t blink or you’ll miss the treats she brought in……. because she’s probably eaten them already.

A former hairdresser turned recruitment powerhouse, Helen’s superpower is staying calm in chaos — whether it’s filling urgent bookings or herding kids around on weekend adventures. Sparkly, speedy, and full of sass, she’s a vital part of the Heathrow Personnel machine.

Tilly–May is the newest member of the team and our resident ray of sunshine. Permanently smiling, forever upbeat, and never far from a conversation about carbs. She’s in charge of finding the right candidates, chatting with clients, and spreading good vibes across the office.

With a background in customer service and social media, she’s a natural people-person who can strike up a chat with just about anyone. Known for her bubbly energy, she’s always got a laugh ready — unless she’s daydreaming about tiramisu, pizza, or pasta. In which case, give her a minute.

Affectionately known as Roz, Rozzles, The Rozzer, or just “Our dallin,” Rosalind is the heartbeat of the back office — mainly because she’s the one who makes sure everyone gets paid. She’s been crunching numbers and keeping the finances flowing forever, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Mad as a box of frogs (in the best possible way), she’s endlessly caring, wildly efficient, and somehow grows hair faster than humanly possible. Pay day wouldn’t be the same without her — and neither would we.
